Situation: Dynatemp sells refrigerants to the HVAC industry, where their products are considered a commodity. Although they had some good years, they’ve had their share of bad years and wanted to focus on a growth strategy that helped maintain consistency as well as develop a new image, marketing campaign and public relations efforts for an upcoming trade show… with only three months to prepare.
