Situation: Electrophraphics International Corporation, a Philadelphia based company has had over 30 years of stagnant growth. The company was sold to an investment group that teamed up with Dimension X to develop a strategy to “Re-Invent” the company and identify new opportunities with this innovative technology.
Strategic Program: Due to the previous poor name selection, it would have been difficult to establish a brand identity that would captivate and motivate the market to action and gain the mind-share that we were looking for. Therefore, Dimension X recognized that a key component was to create a new name, brand identity and brand strategy to properly position them as innovators in Thermoelectric Air Conditioning. In addition, it was decided that new market segments needed to be explored in order to obtain the full potential of this unique technology.  Results: Dimension X Re-Branded the company as EIC Solutions, Inc. and developed a complete Corporate Identity Program that included a fresh, arresting Brand Image and Brand Promise. The new name & look was developed in order to better position them in the marketplace. With market segment feedback, we assisted in developing additional innovative products that would better serge the new markets that were identified, and then launched various lead generating and brand development campaigns, with in turn had a significant impact on brand equity and inquiry generation subsequently increasing sales & profits over the past 4 years steadily between 40 and 55%.
